By accessing Naughty Hobbies, you confirm that you are legally adult where you live and that you are legally permitted to access adult-oriented digital entertainment content in your country, state, province or region.
Current launch status
Naughty Hobbies is currently an early-launch, free, editorial and project-preview website. It does not currently operate a direct paid subscription, direct checkout, paid gallery, paid digital download shop, paid marketplace, paid private messaging service, paid cam service, direct performer platform, or direct e-commerce store.
If paid services, subscriptions, downloads, memberships, stores, micro-payments, Private Room purchases, cam features or direct checkout are launched later, the legal pages must be updated before launch with final business identity, publisher details, pricing, taxes, VAT where applicable, payment processor details, refund/cancellation rules, consumer disclosures and support procedures.
Adult-oriented material and private use
Naughty Hobbies may include adult-oriented themes, glamour imagery, suggestive concepts, fictional characters, AI-assisted visuals, adult project previews and links to third-party adult services. Public areas are intended to remain editorial, preview-based and non-explicit during launch, but the website is still intended only for adults.
You must not share website materials with minors or access the website from any place where adult-oriented material is illegal, restricted or otherwise not permitted for you.
No account or paid membership yet
At this stage, Naughty Hobbies does not directly sell memberships, accounts, subscriptions, cam access, digital downloads, products or paid private services. If these features are introduced later, additional terms must be presented before purchase or registration.
Affiliate and partner links
Naughty Hobbies may include partner links, affiliate links, sponsored references, adult entertainment links, cam links, VR links, privacy-tool links, store links, software links, product links or other third-party recommendations. If you click a link or make a purchase on a third-party website, Naughty Hobbies may receive a commission, referral fee, tracking credit or other benefit at no extra cost to you.
Third-party websites are independent from Naughty Hobbies and are governed by their own terms, age controls, prices, billing rules, privacy policies, cookie practices, refund policies, compliance procedures and support systems. Naughty Hobbies does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, payments, claims, security, compliance or decisions.
Intellectual property and character rights
The Naughty Hobbies brand, website design, fictional characters, character names, biographies, original text, visual concepts, generated assets, edited assets, layouts, icons, creative direction, project names and related materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, design, unfair-competition and intellectual-property rules.
Unauthorized copying, scraping, reproduction, redistribution, resale, commercial use, impersonation, derivative character creation, training-dataset extraction, automated harvesting, mirroring or reuse of Naughty Hobbies characters, visuals, names, biographies, page layouts, concepts or Obiz-created assets is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
Commercial use, reproduction or exploitation of characters, visuals, images, names, prompts, concepts or assets created with or for the Obiz workflow and the Naughty Hobbies universe is prohibited without prior written permission.
Zero tolerance for minors, exploitation and illegal content
Naughty Hobbies is strictly adults-only. We prohibit child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, age-ambiguous sexual content, non-consensual sexual content, coercion, human trafficking, exploitation, doxxing, harassment, illegal content and rights-infringing material.
If you believe any content, link, partner reference, image or feature raises a serious legal, safety, exploitation, CSAM, trafficking, consent, rights or age-related concern, contact support@naughtyhobbies.com with details so we can review it.
Prohibited use
You must not use the website to upload, request, promote, scrape, copy, search for, link to or distribute illegal content, underage or age-ambiguous sexual content, non-consensual content, exploitation, harassment, malware, doxxing, impersonation, unauthorized copies, rights-infringing material or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
You must not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass restrictions, copy protected areas, misuse local storage, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests or interfere with the proper working of the website.
Third-party links
Links to third-party websites are provided for discovery, convenience, editorial, commercial or affiliate purposes. If you leave Naughty Hobbies, your use of the third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.
No warranty and limitation of availability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis during launch. Features, pages, projects, previews, visuals, country access, partner links, categories and layouts may change, be removed, be restricted or be paused at any time for technical, editorial, compliance, legal or business reasons.
Jurisdictional access and restricted countries
Naughty Hobbies is intended only for adults and may restrict access from countries, regions, states or jurisdictions where local laws require additional age-verification, licensing, registration, local representation, platform duties, access-control or compliance measures that are not yet implemented.
At this launch stage, France is treated as a restricted jurisdiction for the public website because French rules for pornographic websites and age-verification are particularly sensitive. Naughty Hobbies may add or remove restricted countries or regions as laws, content, business activity or compliance capabilities evolve.
We make reasonable good-faith efforts to restrict access from jurisdictions known to require measures that are not yet implemented. However, laws change and may differ by country, state, province or region. If you are a regulator, rights holder, compliance authority, platform representative or user who believes that access from your jurisdiction should be restricted or reviewed, contact support@naughtyhobbies.com. We will review the request and may add the relevant country or region to the restricted-access list.
Even if the website is technically accessible from your location, you are responsible for ensuring that your access is lawful in your country, state, province or region.
